We need to

plant trees

to stop
climate change

Climate crisis, deforestation, wildfires, the 6th mass extinction - There has never been a more important time for reforestation.

I’ve dedicated my life and work as UI/UX designer & graphic designer to show gratitude for what mother earth has given me/us. Therefore I want my work to have a positive impact on the planet. My goal is to one day live entirely sustainable. This project is the first step of doing so.

I am cooperating with forestries within Germany. The trees get delivered by nurseries to the forests, where me and a group of friends and volunteers take over and do the planting.

The trees get planet approximately twice a year. The planting happens in the resting phase of the trees (the time in which deciduous trees don’t have leaves anymore) and also only when the weather conditions are right. That means: No frost, no rain flooding and so on.

Therefore, the perfect time to plant is between October and March, but the timing is likely to move because of the climate crisis.

It is usual to plant 1,2 or 3 year young trees which are grown in the nurseries.

The ones with the biggest chance of being taken by the ground and growing are the 1-year young trees as those adapt to the soil conditions the easiest.

There is two ways of getting the trees delivered from the nursery: Either the tree is entirely naked, including the roots. Or the tree already comes packed with it’s own soil and fertilizer. The second way is more expensive but also more effective.

The plants should be taken care for once to twice a year.

I use my profits to plant the trees -
that means, if you support my work, you will at the same time also help me and support the tree planting project.

So, contact me and we can create something great together!
